Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 warehouse associates through performance coaching and development
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve zero-incident records
- Optimize inventory accuracy and streamline material handling processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery targets
- Conduct regular process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize WMS systems to monitor KPIs and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse management with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety standards
- Proven experience leading high-volume distribution operations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification required
