Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement process improvements using WMS technology and data analytics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics integration
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with remote stakeholders via digital communication tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisor role
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to work in hybrid environment (3 days remote, 2 days on-site)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
