Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to ensure peak performance and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain accuracy and reduce shrinkage
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations while meeting SLA targets
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for operational insights
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory tracking software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
