Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members across receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular facility inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Analyze KPIs to drive productivity improvements and cost reduction
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Collaborate with procurement on inventory forecasting and replenishment
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse automation
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams successfully
