Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Expertise in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
