Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking
- Implement lean warehouse practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and company regulations
- Utilize WMS systems to monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams for seamless supply chain integration

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
