Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 15+ team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Manage inventory accuracy and implement cycle count procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanning
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
