Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations via WMS software
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Manage cross-functional relationships with transportation and procurement teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
