Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to optimize space utilization and reduce operational costs
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
