Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement cycle count procedures
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including shipping/receiving dock operations
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain a clean, organized facility
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
