Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through performance management and training
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-accident standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance coaching
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and inventory control systems
- Proficient in WMS software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
