Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy rates
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols and maintain zero-accident standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
- Analyze KPIs (productivity, accuracy, timeliness) and implement process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operator training programs
- Conduct daily standup meetings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse operations experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Proven ability to manage labor budgets and reduce operational costs
- Forklift certification and experience with automated conveyor systems
