Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and reduce waste
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS) and automation equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience in distribution environments
- OSHA certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced settings
- Advanced proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
