Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through training, scheduling, and performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and warehouse operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
