Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 10+ staff members, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure seamless dock operations
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in cold-storage or logistics
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management and process optimization
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
