Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates through scheduling and performance coaching
- Implement lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inventory management
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Advanced problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
