Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Manage and train 10-15 team members on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize supply chain workflows
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied temperatures
