Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates through hands-on guidance
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
Qualifications
