Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members during day/night shifts with flexible scheduling
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodologies
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse best practices
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven solutions
- Generate performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
