- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train and develop teams
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
