Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with scheduling and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize losses and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics operations
- Conduct regular audits and reporting on KPIs
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems
