Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members across receiving, inventory management, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency and cost reduction
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Train and develop staff through performance evaluations and skill-building initiatives
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends during peak seasons
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
