Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Implement lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Train, develop, and manage a team of warehouse associates and leads
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize supply chain flow
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proven track record of leading teams of 15+ employees
- OSHA certification and extensive knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and experience with automated conveyor systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as needed
