Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean principles to improve inventory accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations and timely shipments
- Utilize WMS systems to manage inventory, track KPIs, and generate reports
- Conduct regular audits to maintain 99.5% inventory accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational KPIs
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
