Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with flexible scheduling capabilities
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with logistics, transportation, and sales teams
- Manage inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced distribution environment
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Ability to create flexible schedules that meet operational needs and associate preferences
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
