Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient material flow
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a hazard-free environment
- Generate performance reports and optimize operational workflows
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor issues related to inventory
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Proven inventory management and process improvement track record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
