Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members to ensure peak performance and safety compliance
- Optimize inventory control processes using WMS software to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics to maintain seamless supply chain flow

Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Advanced data analysis capabilities for inventory optimization
- Experience implementing 5S methodologies and safety protocols
