Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ team members in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
- Ensure 100% OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-incident safety culture
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Develop staff training programs and performance improvement plans
- Analyze KPIs and implement process enhancements to reduce costs
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanning) for maximum productivity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred
