Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage 10-15 team members with performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Optimize inventory accuracy using WMS systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Conduct equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) like SAP or Oracle
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
