Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 15+ staff members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Demonstrated ability to improve KPIs including safety, productivity, and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
