Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through training and performance management
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
- Prepare operational reports and key performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in a distribution center environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA certification and deep understanding of safety regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance through data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
