Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring timely processing of 500+ daily shipments
- Implement lean inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional teams with transportation, procurement, and sales departments
- Generate operational reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA 30 certification and CPR/AED trained
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and inventory tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification and experience with automated conveyor systems
