Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Implement OSHA safety standards and maintain incident-free operations
- Oversee inventory control using WMS systems and cycle count processes
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and operator training
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
- Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
