Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and performance
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and zero-accident record
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipment processes to meet daily targets
- Conduct regular inventory audits and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and standard procedures
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
