Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates with scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics flow
- Train staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Generate operational reports for leadership review
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
- Experience with inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
