Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and lead team of 15+ warehouse associates on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Implement lean practices to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow productivity
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Manage inventory control systems and reconcile discrepancies weekly
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with automated conveyor systems and AS/RS technology
