Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and safety targets
- Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy within 99.5%
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodologies
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- OSHA 10/30 certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Proven track record of inventory management and shrink reduction
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
