Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Implement lean practices to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.5% accuracy standards
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ team members to achieve performance goals
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
- Manage technology integration including WMS and automation systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Proven track record in inventory management and process optimization
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
