- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless transportation scheduling
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and safety regulations
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse technology tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification and lean manufacturing experience preferred
