Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless shipping and receiving
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and reduce waste
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision or team leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
- Forklift certification required
