Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems using provided WMS software and scanning equipment
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations with provided material handling tools
- Implement process improvements using company-provided analytics platforms
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and coordinate repairs
- Train staff on proper equipment operation and safety protocols
- Generate performance reports using provided digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience with equipment operation background
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital reporting tools
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Experience with inventory control and lean methodologies
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate provided industrial equipment
- High school diploma; associate's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
