Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team performance through scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize inventory accuracy and implement cycle count procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with transportation and inventory teams
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and report key metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
