Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 warehouse associates
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain rigorous safety standards
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery SLAs and customer requirements
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage equipment maintenance and fleet operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (safety, productivity, accuracy)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and inventory control
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment proficiency
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
