Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Implement lean principles to streamline operations and reduce waste
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with OSHA standards
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS platforms
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
