Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement lean practices to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely dock scheduling and freight movement
- Generate operational reports and KPIs for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field required
