Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Manage cross-functional relationships with procurement and transportation teams
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with lean manufacturing and 5S methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
