Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse staff with performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to reduce waste and improve accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze operational data to drive efficiency improvements and cost savings
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and facility upkeep
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory software
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
- Forklift certification preferred
