Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and company policies
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams for seamless logistics
- Utilize WMS systems to monitor productivity metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
