- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff through coaching and performance management
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of 10+ employees
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
