Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and improve accuracy
- Manage warehouse equipment operations including forklifts and conveyor systems
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
